Texas Rangers manager Chris Woodward at the Birthplace

Texas Rangers Manager Chris Woodward will visit the Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 10:30am for a special fan Q&A and autograph session. Woodward is completing his first season as a Major League Baseball manager and will share his insights on his visit to the museum, managing in the big leagues, playing at Camden Yards, and the legacy of Babe Ruth.
Museum director Shawn Herne said, “The Babe Ruth Birthplace is honored to host Chris. He is familiar to Baltimore baseball fans from his years with the Toronto Blue Jays, Boston Red Sox and Seattle Mariners. His unique understanding of the game will be appreciated by baseball enthusiasts and fans alike.”
This special program is included with the price of admission. Texas Rangers manager Chris Woodward will be presented an original artwork by noted sports artist John Pennisi. A limited edition autographed print will be available for purchase.
